This PR disabled token caching: #20336

It appears that this is still disabled? I am seeing new tokens being requested for every operation.

• Exact PowerShell command(s) you ran that triggered repeated token acquisition (e.g. Connect-AzAccount ... followed by the cmdlet(s) you called in a loop)
• Debug output showing the repeated token requests (Connect-AzAccount -Debug or the relevant Get-AzContext/cmdlet call with -Debug)
• Module versions — output of Get-Module Az.Accounts -ListAvailable and the Az module version you're using
• Auth method — are you using a service principal (cert or secret), managed identity, or interactive/device login? The referenced code path is specific to ServicePrincipalAuthenticator, so confirming this helps narrow the repro
• Expected vs. actual behavior — e.g. "token should be reused for N minutes, but a new token is requested on every call"
