[Bicep] Microsoft.DevTestLab/schedules "properties" field is marked as required

The "properties" field as marked as "required", even though none of the fields inside are technically required. Is there a reason for this, or can we relax the validation?

Here's the place in the swagger spec where it's being marked as "required":

For starters, location is marked as not required in the swagger, but it is required by the ARM api.

Additional info: as I started building this object, I found there are required elements inside the properties element. For instance, one of dailyRecurrence, or weeklyRecurrence or hourlyRecurrence is required. Also, inside dailyRecurrence, time is required. I assume that there are required fields inside weeklyRecurrence and hourlyRecurren ce as well.

Timezone is required, targetResourceId is required, and taskType (an enum) is also required.

An additional note, to me, the time zones should be an enum. There is a discreet list. Also - the timezone was marked Central Standard Time. What happens during daylight time? Does this schedule change with the timezone or does it stay in Standard as is implied in the doc?

For DTL, 'properties' is a required field - especially for the schedule object.

Also, with regards to other observations, We are actively working on closing some of the similar S360 items and linting requirements.
