Unmarshalling JSON error occurred in the stable version 2019-06-01 Automation SDK

I am trying to use the latest stable version of automation 2019-06-01. An unmarshalling JSON error occurred. After checking, call ByUnmarshallingJSON in 2019-06-01 runbook GetContentResponder maybe the root cause because it is unmarshalling a non-json string. Below is the code:

In addition, 2019-06-01 dscconfiguration GetContentResponder also has the same problem as above. Below is the code:

BTW, Using the preview v2018-06-30 automation API it works well when API returns the following results. But automation 2019-06-01 doesn't work. This issue blocked many new resources to be supported under automation. Could you help fix this issue of the latest automation v2019-06-01? Thanks in advance.
