LogicAppIntegrationServiceEnvironmentManagedApi.Put API failed to create Integration Service Environment Managed Connector

After tested, I found LogicAppIntegrationServiceEnvironmentManagedApi.Put API failed to create Integration Service Environment Managed Connector and threw below error message. Service team confirmed we have to send request body while creating this resource but there is no the property definition of request body in swagger so that we cannot send a body with payload to create this resource. So it's a bug in swagger.

Error message:
logic.IntegrationServiceEnvironmentManagedApisClient#Put: Failure sending request: StatusCode=0 -- Original Error: Code="InvalidResource" Message="The resource definition is invalid."
