Failed to create LogicApp.IntegrationServiceEnvironment with encryptionConfiguration

After tested, I found api failed to create IntegrationServiceEnvironment with encryptionConfiguration. Then service team confirmed encryptionConfiguration has to be set with identity together but there is no property definition of identity in swagger. So it's a bug in swagger.
