Microsoft.Sql/Servers@2021-02-01-preview : API return value is `None` when `minimalTlsVersion` is not specified

Recently, when creating a server without specifying the minimalTlsVersion, the API returns None. Previously, the API would not return any value in this case. This change caused Terraform resource to not work properly. I'm assuming that this is an API breaking change, correct? Is it possible to make this change in the new version instead of the old one?
