BotDirectlineChannel.Create/Update should be idempotent

Currently, enhanced_authentication_enabled, block_user_upload_enabled, endpoint_parameters_enabled, no_storage_enabled of Bot Directline Channel cannot be set in the first call (create/update) and they have to be set correctly in the second call(update). I assume it's unexpected and they should be set correctly in the first call. So please take a look this issue? Thanks.
