[AppService] what does `Csm` mean in `CsmPublishingCredentialsPoliciesEntity`?

In appservice's swagger, we have the basicPublishingCredentialsPolicies resources using CsmPublishingCredentialsPoliciesEntity as a response, where the Csm reads like a typo for Scm.

Could we know what does the Csm stand for here or it is just a typo?
