I cannot create custom web api skill that uses managed identity authentication calling rest api according to the documentation for stable version of api (2023-11-01).

An error:
The request is invalid. Details: skillset : One or more skills are invalid. Details: Unexpected properties found on Skill.,Unexpected properties found on Skill.

Swagger specification is missing authResourceId property.
