[BUG] The BotConnectionSettingResource obtained using the Get method has fixed Tags values.

When I successfully create a BotConnectionSettingResource using the SDK, the Resource obtained with BotConnectionSettingResource.GetAsync() will have a fixed set of Tags, regardless of the original values of the Resource. Example:
