Missing Required Event Grid Header

At time of filing this issue, the data-plane Event Grid swagger doesn't mention the authentication headers that must be added to event publish calls. The relevant swagger can be found here: https://github.com/Azure/azure-rest-api-specs/blob/e711425de0db410780b3ec29517e9fbe57c0f1d2/specification/eventgrid/resource-manager/Microsoft.EventGrid/stable/2018-01-01/EventGrid.json
