Notes from API Review 11/6/24

• Should use PUT to create resources and not use the "action pattern" URL (with a ":")
  • This is actually like a "batch create"
• Do you need the httpStatusCode if you have the errorMessage ?
  • This pattern already exists
• Code should be a string that identifies the error.
• Add errorMessage to the examples
• Do you need "isOptOut" in the response elements of :remove ?
• Should add error response "default" on all operations
• The action should be separated from the rest of the path with a ":" and not "/:"

This looks good for preview.
