Payload examples are missing from the swagger.

Per owner team request PR #4621 was merged with missing payload examples and due to that Linter CI build failure. They are planning fix early next year [quote] "We would like to proceed with requesting an exception to the examples requirement. We're going to look at adding them early next year."
