Describe the bug

To GA an AOT compact Azure MCP Server, we’ve to address the AOT warnings present in the following Azure.Monitor packages

• Azure.Monitor.Query
• Azure.Monitor.Ingestion

Expected behavior

AOT compatible packages

Actual behavior

Non-AOT compact

Reproduction Steps

Create a sample with Azure.Search.Documents as dependency and with AOT publish configurations.
