[Cosmos] Add samples for `user-agent` for our users

We don't properly document the fact that customers and users can edit their user agents - we should at the minimum add samples for this, since this would help them see in their diagnostics what specific client instance is being used.

User agents help us to pinpoint the different processes or applications using our SDK, and having users know that they can edit them should be very useful.
