azure-ai-projects: AzureAISearchTool citation information is not returned anymore

When an AI agent uses a search index (AzureAISearchTool) to retrieve some information, the content of the "url" and "title" fields of the queried search index used to be returned in the response. These values only read "doc_0" instead and give no useful information about the citation of the agent. Is this intended?

I can see output as below

1. Northwind Standard Plan:
   • Coverage includes medical, vision, and dental services.
   • Provides preventive care services and prescription drug coverage.
   • Does not cover emergency services, mental health, substance abuse coverage, or out-of-network services.
   • Requires use of in-network providers, including primary care physicians, specialists, hospitals, and pharmacies [see Northwind_Standard_Benefits_Details.pdf] (doc_2).

where Northwind_Standard_Benefits_Details.pdf is url_citation.title and doc_2 is url_citation.url. Is that what you also see?

In run steps, I can see also actual urls under azure_ai_search output

I will check with service team is doc_2 valid url or a bug.

Same here, the Ai Foundry Agent invoking a Search AI index and it works fine except citations.

They are not good: ""... {'type': 'url_citation', 'text': '【3:4†source】', 'start_index': 1198, 'end_index': 1210, 'url_citation': {'url': 'doc_4', 'title': 'somefakefilename.pdf'}}, ..."".

Played with configs like custom mapping of index fields in Foundry, etc., does not help.

A "url" field is populated in the index.
