Run some tasks in parallel in Analyze-Code.ps1

Look into parallel task execution for Analyze-Code.ps1 to improve perf. We don't want to sacrifice logging, though, so that will need to be carefully considered.

Alternatively, we might keep everything in Analyze-Code.ps1 - so it's easy to call and do everything by default - but with different arguments to run different steps in sequence across separate runners. Still, this thing doesn't run long enough to warrant more resource exhaustion, IMO, but it's an option to consider.
