About the Service (required)

1. This is for adding new resource type in existing service. Currently, each of the resource type is setup as a service type in PR 31523
   So the package names are set as {rp-name}:{resourceType} .

2. Current work involves adding new resource type kubernetesResources resource type , which is a read-only resource type.
