multimodal-embeddings.ipynb can not create search index: Operation returned an invalid status 'Forbidden'

I follow multimodal-embeddings.ipynb to create environment, although i got SUCCESS: Your application was provisioned in Azure in 9 minutes 13 seconds. but it stoped at Creating index...error messege is azure.core.exceptions.HttpResponseError: Operation returned an invalid status 'Forbidden'. can anyone help? or is there any workarround to create index for blob image manually? thanks in advance.

Thanks for reporting this issue. The 2 most likely causes

1. The role assignment for Search Index is incorrect https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/search/search-security-rbac?tabs=roles-portal-admin%2Croles-portal%2Croles-portal-query%2Ctest-portal%2Ccustom-role-portal
   I'll take a look to see if this is an issue with the bicep files

2. The Search Service is not configured for keyless authentication

Again - i'll check the bicep to see if this is the case.

You also need a role in the subscription that lets you create role assignments for the bicep to work (e.g. Owner).
