Bug: Clarify what is the OperatorSpec

Describe the bug

We had a recent Slack conversation which led to the thought that it could be nice to clarify somehow what the operatorSpec does.

Azure Service Operator Version: v2

Expected behavior

Some method to get a better idea of what exactly this does would be nice. Internally, we've discussed, and believe whipping up a quick blog post for awareness and more context could be nice for folks.

Rather than a blog post, maybe we should have a section in the "guide" that talks about operatorSpec -- it can link the other sections of the guide for the different parts (secret export, etc).

PR #5106 should address this with a new page in the guide that highlights OperatorSpec and links to other pages that gives more details and an example about them. I'll close this issue once the PR successfully merges.
