Feature: Support for AccessPolicyAssignment for Redis Enterprise / Azure Managed Redis

Hi,

Is there any plan to support [AccessPolicyAssignment](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/templates/microsoft.cache/redisenterprise/databases/accesspolicyassignments?pivots=deployment-language-bicep) for redisEnterprise databases?

I found #4829 but this is for the older "Azure Cache for Redis".
