Description

Currently, the registry model lacks the ability to configure the networkRuleBypassForTasks property. This boolean is essential for environments using private registries where network access is strictly controlled via firewalls or virtual networks.

Without this toggle, specific tasks (such as image scanning or certain ACR tasks) cannot bypass network rules, leading to connectivity issues even when the registry is integrated into a secure architecture.
