Creation of managed certificates still temporarily suspended for custom domains

Hi,
according to this Microsoft documentation https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/api-management/breaking-changes/managed-certificates-suspension-august-2025 custom domains creation should be enabled after March 15, 2026 but it is still not working.

I got this pipeline error
