Hi, @hyoshioka0128. Thanks for reporting this!
I’ve looked into the issue in detail, and it seems this isn’t something we can fully fix on the translation side.
The root cause comes from how current Markdown renderers (like GitHub’s parser) handle emphasis around CJK characters — Japanese, Korean, and Chinese.

I’m currently exploring a more fundamental way to better handle CJK emphasis cases.

This issue has been resolved in our latest PR #378 and will be included starting from v0.17.0.

The fix improves how Markdown emphasis is normalized for CJK languages to avoid incorrect rendering in GitHub's Markdown parser.
