I am using Function App.
I’m reaching out to seek some guidance or clarification regarding an issue that began following Azure App Service maintenance in the West Europe region on 2025-03-31.
I received the following Azure notification:
Due to a critical hotfix or urgent update, App Service was not able to provide an advanced notification... Your Azure App Service application(s) may see a brief drop in connectivity for a few seconds.

Since this maintenance, my deployed IoT devices are no longer able to connect to our backend API via HTTPS. However, the devices can still connect using HTTP (which we don’t use for production, of course). This has effectively caused a service outage, as all remote devices rely on secure HTTPS communication and cannot be physically accessed for immediate updates.
