WebApp not creating.

I am trying to create WebApp for the application using the "Deploy to Azure" button. It opens my Azure and asked for site name and other details. After it starts deployment it fails. I could not catch what is the error. Please resolve.

@VairaRajagopalan - if you're using the first option, make sure to first fork this repo and then supply the new url as an input in the git url on the azure creation page.
