Azure Service Bus supports W3C tracecontext via a specific property

Logic Apps now proclaim to support OpenTelemetry for tracing: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/blog/integrationsonazureblog/opentelemetry-in-azure-logic-apps-standard-and-hybrid/4425403 but one of the key facets of OTel is context propagation. Am I meant to set the Diagnostic-Id property myself, or should that be implied by using the connector?

More generally, should the connectors be expected to set context propagation however the target technology supports it?
