[AVM Module Issue]: os_disk does not support public_network_access_enabled

Description

The os_disk block does not support public_network_access_enabled as the data_disk_managed_disk does, so I have no way to disable public access on the OS disks.

Hopefully this can be added pretty easily as I've deployed a load of VMs that I need to change to use public_network_access_enabled = false instead of rebuilding with another module or using azapi workarounds!
