Quickstart 201-web-app-docker-acr does not give app service permission to read from ACR

I think this worked (a web app pulling from an acr)

resource "azurerm_role_assignment" "pull_role_assignment" {
  principal_id                                           = azurerm_linux_web_app.example_web_app.identity[0].principal_id
  role_definition_name                           = "AcrPull"
  scope                                                    = var.acr_id # the id of the acr you want to pull from
  skip_service_principal_aad_check    = true
}
