[Engineering task] Resolve flaky UI tests.

Description

The following tests are a bit flaky and tend to fail every now and then. (about one or twice a week). Rerunning the build resolves the error but it would be beneficial to see if we can resolve these test issues for good.
The tests are:

• Interactive_AADAsync
• Kerberos_Interactive_AADAsync

Kerberos_Interactive_AADAsync can be disabled. There is an ROPC version. Interactive_AAD seems pretty valuable.
