MicrosoftIdentityConsentAndConditionalAccessHandler with Blazor .net 8

describes registration pattern of MicrosoftIdentityConsentAndConditionalAccessHandler for Bblazor server apps, namely:

 services.AddServerSideBlazor()
         .AddMicrosoftIdentityConsentHandler();

however, in the article describing migration of Blazor apps to .net 8 -

one of the steps is to remove the call to

builder.Services.AddServerSideBlazor();

which according to docs should be replaced with a call to

builder.Services.AddRazorComponents()
    .AddInteractiveServerComponents();

so what is the correct path now to register MicrosoftIdentityConsentAndConditionalAccessHandler with a Blazor app in this scenario?
