Allow base endpoint to be provided

This allows us to fully move away from the octocon domain and allows anyone to provide how they host the backend, without having to do hacky workarounds to ensure the client can connect to their self hosted instance

A good start has been done, to be tested but the API domain should now be coming from settings (currently hardcoded to domain, to make UI for changing it)
