[FEAT]: Test solutions on Arduino Nano ESP32

Description

As an additional challenge I would like to make sure that my solutions to AoC-2025 run successfully on MicroPython.

Let us try it on the Arduino Nano ESP32

Connect the Arduino Nano ESP32 to the host (HW2228) using a USB-A to USB-C cable.

Once the target is connected, open the VS Code Command Palette and run the following commands to list all connected devices:

PyMakr: List devices

In our case, the Arduino Nano ESP32 is available through device /dev/ttyACM0.

Open the Pymakr 2 menu

Click Create project, choose a folder and select the proper device.

Click on the Connect device (lightning) icon.

Now click the Create terminal icon.

Type a command in the REPL and verify that the proper response is returned - example:

This is due to https://github.com/B-AROL-O/advent-of-code/blob/21-feat-test-solutions-on-arduino-nano-esp32/2025/gmacario/day01/solve_day01.py#L49

But according to https://docs.micropython.org/en/latest/library/time.html there is no ctime() method in module time
