## Details At the moment, our build downloads the maxmind db file for each push and merge, which results in a failing build due to a rate limit. ## Acceptance Criteria - [ ] We have a solution where the build and merge process doesn't fail because of external rate limits - [ ] We don't loose the matrix keycloak-version test feature - [ ] We don't loose the possibility to test the download and use the downloaded db file
