[Feature Request] Add a CVAR for CT side Moltov's presents

If there is a game of Retake where friendly fire is enabled specially for Grenades, we can still have people throwing on the Bomb of CT and other people defusing while it is on. Can we have a cvar where we can select if CT Moltov's are calculated or not.
