Document IPv4 / IPv6 performance impact / config #28
Description
Some libraries are autoconfigured to try ipv4 and ipv6 addresses which causes performance delays inside of openshift since ipv6 is never returned. Documentation should be added to the wiki to address this issue. This was noticed using the pything aiohttp library
