investigate and improve slow upload #35
Description
The upload with the ICGC Storage System is surprisingly slow given the size of the test files (just a few bytes). This task is to debug why it's slow and workaround the problem (if needed) by adding multi-threading (with a controllable number of simultaneous uploads) to the uploader if you can't figure out the underlying cause.
