Indexer caching metadata.jsons indefinitely causes issues for updates and deletes

If a metadata.json is updated or deleted in redwood, changes won't be added to the index unless the corresponding directory under _endpoint_metatdata_ is deleted from the indexer. This should probably be documented somewhere, and maybe we should implement a TTL or automate this somehow. Opening this issue for further discussion.
