Syntax error in beast_development.rst

In the Test Changes section of beast_development.rst, the command to run tests is: tox -e test -- --remote-data --coverage
The --coverage option syntax is deprecated, tox now accepts --cov
Small change.

Does this give an error or a deprecation warning? Curious as this will drive the priority of getting this fixed.
