Change How Chests Transaction Messages are sent

When the transaction messages are sent, I see that my server TPS drops to around 12. I believe rather than doing a transaction message every 10 minutes with everything your chests sold, you should rather do a menu you can open that contains what your chest sold in the past 10 minutes. This would be similar to the [/is blocks] menu of SuperiorSkyblock2.
