NBT tags to stop repair (cant add enchants) and ability to add custom model data

ADD:
repair nbt tag: So I can set the repair cost to 100, So players cant add vanilla enchant books
add in config the ability to add custom textures to items with : custom model data: ##

Not sure how to word the above requests but I can provide pictures :D
