Describe the bug

1. When I destroy a spawner (both stacked and single) from the RoseStacker plugin using the Crowbar Tool, the spawners are not automatically removed from the tracked island blocks.
2. When I harvest crops using the Harvester Hoe, their blocks are removed from the tracked blocks of the island, although these crops are not destroyed, they are simply turned ungrown.

I am using the latest dev version of WildTools and the latest version of RoseStacker, I have not changed anything in their config.
