Lossless Wav package causes San Fran music to play over ending slides (unlike HQ package)

Describe the Bug:

When using the Lossless version of the High Quality Music mod, background music (e.g., San Francisco theme) continues playing during the ending slides in Fallout 2.

In contrast, when using the HQ Music pack (non-lossless), the ending slides are correctly silent, as they are in vanilla Fallout 2.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install Fallout 2 with the UPU v33 patch and the Lossless Music pack.
2. Play through to the ending slides (e.g., after finishing the final quest).
3. Observe that the last active area music continues playing into the endings.
4. Replace the Lossless pack with the HQ Music pack and replay the ending — slides are silent as intended.

Expected Behavior:

The ending slides should be silent, matching vanilla Fallout 2 behavior.

play_sfall_sound doesn't appear to block music.
set_map_music can kill it, but then if credits are skipped, "a kiss to build a dream" continues to play in-game anyway.
