Broken rules:

Since the oM is already in the core, it feels incorrect to have the engine in a separate repo (e.g. Create methods are then too distant from the objects)

Suggestions to restore compliance:

When the redesign of the code is over, migrate the engine to the core BHoM_Engine repo
