Chart Functionality Fixes: Treemap, Scatter - Bubble Chart

1. Treemaps chart references not found. I also brought in a default treemap in PPT and it still has trouble finding that reference (See G2 group in script)
2. Bubble chart - Chart update component incompatible with series/ categories nature (missing X,Y, Size) . See SG3 in script and snips below
