Include functionality for JPA xml files

Description:

The xml files that the JPA software produces and accepts have a few differences to the argyle xml file. Maybe change some null values and types of properties so that the transfer is more smooth when exporting to JPA, and include a read method that remove the extra information included by the JPA files.
