install Logitech Meetup2 conferencing system software on iMac at AIFL

The Logitech Meetup2 conferencing system, currently in my office, does not include a remote control like Tim's does which is a different model.

First, test software (details below). Next, learn more about the physical remote (below Software).

Software

The biggest problem I've noticed is that we can't control the focus -- it autofocuses on people speaking. I am hoping there is software that will give us more control over the device. I tried downloading the software for the Mac laptop at AIFL, but it wasn't compatible (I think it was related to the M1 chip).

Please try installing control software on the iMac inside the seminar room, and confirm that there isn't compatible software for the laptop. There is also a Windows laptop at the Gateway that we could test (ask @slohia-19 which one).

Mia and I worked on this today, the only software that can connect to the imac and the meetup is Camera Control, installed on imac, however, it does not have an option for autofocus for the meetup (It had an autofocus mode that could be switched off for the other webcam in the conference room).

A major issue was that we couldn't connect the meetup to other devices through bluetooth. The following are the apps we tried:

• Mobile remote app: Logi Remote (Can't connect)
• Mobile app: Logi Sync Installer (Got the LNA but not sure what it is for)
• Mobile app: Logi Tune (Only pairs with headphones)
• imac: Meetup Firmware update (Can't detect device or update)
• website: Logitech sync portal (Can't add device)
