Describe the bug

When I went to upgrade from Version 8.2.5 shortly after double click the downloaded APK file Android thew a warning message on the screen reading:
"Unsafe App Blocked

This app was built for an older version of Android and does not include the latest privacy settings."

Then it gave me the option to override and install it after entering my device lock pin which I did.

Then when I tried to run BOINC it got stuck on the BOINC loading Splash Screen and I can't do anything using BOINC on the Android device. I can connect remotely and control it from a desktop PC using Efmer's BoincTasks but that won't work if I'm not at home.
