Suspend does not Suspend all tasks.

Describe the bug

I occasionally get tasks that are still running even though I have suspended them. I have three screen shots that show that I have suspended that I have supended the tasks, I show tasks running and the event log shows the follwowing message. Suspending computation - user request

Steps to reproduce

Canot reproduce it happens randomly.

Expected behavior

That when user select suspend that all tasks are suspeneded.

Could you please attach the complete log with the timestamp when these tasks were running despite the client was set to suspend CPU activity?
