Client installer crashing when not finding prev. appdata filedisk #6897

Describe the bug
Hi folks. Using separate disk for datafile to spare main ssd's TBW cycles. Installer and uninstaller both crashing when that previously working disk is not available anymore, because as the installer reads its location straight upon its opening offering the user to reinstall into the same previously known path: It will just error out. It does not set back to install to initial appdata file location. Same counts for the uninstalling. I will remove manually and reset. But needs a fix anyway. (System: W11 pro current 26200.7922)
